Eassie Nevay and Kirkinch Community Association : YOGA CLASSES
Yoga Classes will resume on Tuesday 7th September and Wednesday 8th September in The Masonic Hall, Glamis, with tuition by Shona Wallace of Kirriemuir.
Classes costs £4 per session, £20 prepaid for block of 5 classes.
Tuesday class from 6.15 pm to 7.45 pm (Hall opens at 6 pm)
This class is full, with a waiting list for places.
Wednesday class from 1.15 pm to 2.45 pm (Hall opens at 1 pm)
Places in this class are still available.
An ideal way to relaxzzzz, improve suppleness, health of mind, body and soul!
Suitable for beginners and those keen to improve their overall fitness.
